Hello beautiful people, I know at times the temptation of refusing to let go of hurt or disappointments, always seems justifiable but do you want to be right or reconciled? Do you want to be hurt or healed? Do you want to keep being the victim or start becoming whole?You might ponder and wonder, does Reina really know what I’ve gone through? Does she really know the kind of pain so and so inflicted me? Can she put herself in my shoes for a minute and try to understand why forgiving that person for me is unfathomable?? Can she really understand my addictions, my anger, my resentment and my bad habits are tied to what I went through?
Yes, your questions can be right, what they did to you was inhuman but at the end of the day the power of making good or bad choices on how to deal with hurt, lies within you not the other party. You making bad choices like seeking revenge, entangling yourself in toxic relationships and entertaining negative emotions comes down to a matter of choice however, you settling to forgive, letting go and embracing wholeness still comes down to choices.
As much as you want to justify your actions, do you know guarding your heart is protecting it rather than imprisoning it?Don’t drown your pain in drugs or alcohol which distorts your senses and causes you to fall, don’t darken your mind with thoughts of revenge which blacken your soul.Staying bitter,being vengeful or harboring your past pain leads you to nowhere,it’s counterproductive.If you can only allow God to heal your wounded places today, your nights will become like days and your days will shine seven times brighter.
Calm down, stop overthinking, cry if you have to and turn your face towards heaven and lift your voice to God. Entrust your soul, your pain, your struggles unto the Lord Only God has the ability to mold our hearts, make what is wrong right so that we rise upright again in His presence.Stop the cycle and be healed today .

Dear Lord Jesus, I worship you, I honor you,i love you and I exalt you high above every other name. I admit I feel lost, hurt and confused. I have remained silent for too long and now it’s time to give my pain a voice. It’s time for me to catch my breath and face what’s ahead.
I know I must accept that I am broken before I can be healed. Help me to let go of those who have hurt me and see them the way you see them. I need you Lord and I am willing to follow you to my divine destiny Walk with me in my journey of forgiveness and I choose to be whole In Jesus Mighty Name Amen.
