Am penning down a short blog post on the importance of learning to give God time, if we’ve been distracted from focusing on God’s promises upon our lives.
One thing I have realized in my walk with God is, we all have different seasons in life. Somebody might be in their harvest season, while you are still in your sowing season. Being in different seasons does not mean God is not at work, it actually means God is developing us in different seasons in our lives.
In a world where people expect instant results and millions of miracles, have been dashed on the rocks of impatience. God knows the best time you need a certain breakthrough, He knows when you are ready to handle certain levels of responsibilities and He knows the best channels to use to bring forth your miracle.
When God says YES, His answer remains a YES. Stop doubting His ability by trying to fix in your own good ideas in order to get what He told you yet they are not His ideas.
My challenge to you:-
Learn to give God time to perfect that which concerns you from a place of trusting Him. The Lord will perfect that which concerns me; Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever; Do not forsake the works of Your hands Psalms 138:8.Something good is happening that you may not see currently however, wait for it joyfully with great expectations.
Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
