2 Timothy 2:2-4
You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.Endure suffering along with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. Soldiers don’t get tied up in the affairs of civilian life, for then they cannot please the officer who enlisted them.
I am a solider in the army of my God, the Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer. The Holy Bible is my code of conduct faith, prayer and the Word of God are my weapons of warfare.I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity and tested by fire.
It’s not about convenience,i am faithful, reliable, capable and dependable,if God needs me, I am there. I am not a baby and I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up, pumped up, picked up, or pepped up.
I am not a wimp. I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders, praising His name and building His kingdom. No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards or candy. I do not need to be cuddled, cradled, cared for or catered to. I am committed.
Am in this army in good or bad times and committed to my inner core.I cannot have my feelings hurt enough to turn me around,i cannot be discouraged enough to turn me aside and neither can i lose enough, to cause me to quit.
Am fully aware ,God’s anointing is not for enjoyment but for assignment which means,people cannot disillusion me,money cannot buy me and governments cannot silence me.When Jesus called me into His Army, I had nothing and if I end up with nothing, I will still come out ahead and still win.
My God has and will continue to supply all of my needs according to His riches, I am more than a conqueror,I will always triumph and I can do all things through Christ.
Devils cannot defeat me,weather cannot weary me,sickness cannot stop me,battles cannot beat me and neither can Hell handle me. Am in this thing because i am set apart for God’s Army.
Even death cannot destroy me,for when My Commander calls me from this battlefield, He will promote me to Captain and then allow me to rule with Him. I am a solider in the Army, and I‟m claiming victory.
I will not give up. I will not turn around. I am a solider, marching heaven bound.
I take pride to be associated with the kingdom of God,which is eternal and its principles are all powerful,to live a victorious life and fulfill assignment
