Dear Sons of Abraham,
I don’t know whether you have ever been told from a genuine heart that you matter, you have a purpose, you are important and God created you as a leader to lead right ,at time like this, when most men are struggling with brokenness.
I believe some of you reading this post, have been broken because of the things you have endured, currently battling with shame due to your past mistakes, weighed down by the losses you have experienced, angry over the Father you never had and you keep on wondering will I ever become the man that God created me to be? Yes, you will become but you have to allow God to make you become.
Do not for a second allow the negative adjectives people have about you get hold of you, from becoming the man God created you to become. You are not inadequate, you are not good for nothing, you are indeed a precious son of God made in His image to accurately and truthfully represent Christ in your sphere of influence.
From the beginning till now, the enemy is always after destroying the seed. Let’s take a quick snippet in :-
Exodus 1:15-17 Then Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, gave this order to the Hebrew midwives, Shiphrah and Puah: When you help the Hebrew women as they give birth, watch as they deliver. If the baby is a boy, kill him; if it is a girl, let her live. But because the midwives feared God, they refused to obey the king’s orders. They allowed the boys to live, too.
Exodus 2:1-4 About this time, a man and woman from the tribe of Levi got married. The woman became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She saw that he was a special baby and kept him hidden for three months. But when she could no longer hide him, she got a basket made of papyrus reeds and waterproofed it with tar and pitch. She put the baby in the basket and laid it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile River.
Matthew 2:14-17 That night Joseph left for Egypt with the child and Mary, his mother, and they stayed there until Herod’s death. This fulfilled what the Lord had spoken through the prophet:I called my Son out of Egypt Herod was furious when he realized that the wise men had outwitted him. He sent soldiers to kill all the boys in and around Bethlehem who were two years old and under, based on the wise men’s report of the star’s first appearance. Herod’s brutal action fulfilled what God had spoken through the prophet Jeremiah
2 chronicles 22:10-12 Now when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead, she arose and destroyed all the royal heirs of the house of Judah. But Jehoshabeath, the daughter of the king, took Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him away from among the king’s sons who were being murdered, and put him and his nurse in a bedroom. So Jehoshabeath, the daughter of King Jehoram, the wife of Jehoiada the priest (for she was the sister of Ahaziah), hid him from Athaliah so that she did not kill him. And he was hidden with them in the house of God for six years, while Athaliah reigned over the land.
From the above context of scriptures, we notice how God preserved Moses, Jesus and Joash from being destroyed since they had an assignment to accomplish. Whenever we see young boys being molested, being introduced to drug abuse ,sexual immorality, and other forms of moral decadency, is always an avenue the enemy uses to destroy the seed, from bearing fruit in our time.
However, we are fully aware the enemy is not on vacation at Hawaii but he is working day and night to destroy the seed, by deceiving the man about His real Identity as a leader, a husband, a father, a provider and a protector but there are women/men in the wilderness like John the Baptist, travailing for the seed to emerge and bear fruit.
Please hear me out son’s of Abraham,God knew you before you were born and He set you apart to accomplish great things in your families,in your assignments and the society at large.I challenge you today, not to allow anyone including yourself from doubting who you were created to become.
No matter who you are, your background or your position ,you need to learn from seasoned mentors, who desire you to embrace your authentic self as a man.
