What if???

What if I fail, what if my idea is not accepted, what if I don’t make it, what if this or that are endless doubts fueled by fear which hinder us from launching into what God is instructing us to do. One thing I came to learn about God from His word, He will never give you a vision, a dream, an instruction or an assignment that is not greater than you, He will not subject Himself to what you can do all by yourself.

Now, in the book of Exodus 4, we have a general who God had appointed and anointed to led the children of Israel out of captivity in Egypt. This general is none other than Moses. Moses had his own fears, insecurities and doubts of how He was going to accomplish what God was instructing him to do Exodus 4:1 But Moses protested again, “What if they won’t believe me or listen to me? What if they say, ‘The Lord never appeared to you’? “He was afraid of the children of Israel opinions that he ended up questioning God. How many times do we subject ourselves to people’s opinions that we end up not acting or procrastinate on acting? Before you move to the next paragraph pause and think about that

Despite of His fears, God had already equipped him in accomplishing a major task Exodus 4:2. Then the Lord asked him, “What is that in your hand? ”A shepherd’s staff,” Moses replied. Whatever God is instructing you to do ,trust me on this!!!He has already packaged all that within you to do it . For Moses it was a staff which was his point of contact, for as believers, it’s the word of God which guides us in manifesting what, is within us.

So, when God gives you a vision, a dream or an assignment that is greater than your finances, than your education back ground or your connections, He ain’t telling you what He’s about to do!!!He is telling you from eternity what He has already done and victory is guaranteed. Stop wondering and asking God endless questions on how to maneuver, step out in faith, obey his instructions and do it.

Now, when God placed a burden in my heart to reach out to teen girls and teen mum’s I was like, God am not even a mother, how will I connect with these teen mum’s who are in actual sense single mums, Endless questions were flowing in my mind from where to start, to how I will manage this out-reach but God had already planned it out before hand on how I will start. It was just a matter of obeying,stepping out in faith and starting the outreach. God gave me the theme for this out-reach, He gave me a name (Beautiful Queens Out-Reach) and to crown it all, He gave me His word. Looking back at how I started and how God stretches my faith to do the next and next out-reach , am always learning something new that I never knew. God has enabled me to use the gifts He deposited within me before He fashioned me in my mother’s womb,to do what is beyond my own ability.

Stay encouraged and don’t despise small beginnings but see it as a time of preparation ,for the things that are coming.Hear me out,when God is directly involved in what you are doing!!!You are good to go .
