Are you sensing you are under spiritual attack, do not give up! Attacks will come, but know God is fighting for you, and it shall pass. Do not give into what the enemy shows or tells you, he is a master of magnifying situations and illusion. Even if your life seems out of control or that darkness is sitting upon it-Hold on, help is on the way.
Spiritual warfare is more common than you think. We tend to think of demonic oppression as wild and crazy things happening in our life. But actually, the reality of spiritual warfare in our lives is a daily experience, yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us Romans 8:37(NKJV).
But how can you sense you are facing a Spiritual attack?
1.Feeling discouraged, defeated, and depressed. Things seem hopeless, overwhelming, and burdensome. You feel an overall sense of disappointment, struggle with a lack of peace and feeling stressed.
2.Loss of spiritual desire. Difficulty with prayer life, staying connected to other Christians in fellowship and maintaining your ministry or work with God.
3.Physical fatigue. Feeling drained and lacking energy and no motivation.
4.Doubting God’s goodness. Struggling with trusting God to come through for you. You may even feel anger towards God for “letting you down.” Believing that God is mad at you and punishing you.
5.Negative, disturbing thought life. The enemy attacks your mind, and the mind is the battlefield. You may be wrestling with anxious, fearful, or worrisome thoughts. Many times people will erroneously think that nobody cares about them.
6.Thinking about going back to your old lifestyle. The enemy places thoughts in your mind about going back toward your old life rather that moving forward with faith in God. He will lie to you and tempt you with the very things you have been delivered from.
7.Old emotional wounds from the past are resurfaced. You believed you had dealt with that area of pain in your life, only to find out it is cropping up again in your life.
8.Battling with feelings of guilt, condemnation, and shame. The difficult feeling like you are not good enough, that you do not do enough, and feel shameful for these things.
9.Feelings of rejection and loneliness seem to be heightened. You feel no one truly understands you, and do not feel like you belong anywhere.
10.Confusion over what you believe. Is Jesus really for me? Is Jesus the only way? These and other confusing thoughts are spiritual attacks.
But how do you arise above Spiritual attacks and enforce your victory?
1.By putting on the full armor of God. Through Jesus Christ we have the power and authority to bind the enemy from operating in our lives. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which, you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. Ephesians 6:10-18(NKJV)
2.Take your rightful position by knowing you are a Child of God; you are chosen and you are a co-heir with Christ. Even though you are imperfect, Christ is perfect. Because you have accepted Him, God sees you through Christ. Everything that Jesus died for, is yours.
When the enemy points his finger and accuses you, you can point to Christ. We are not enough in our own selves, but in Christ, we are more than conquerors.

3.Exercise your faith against the attacks. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6(NKJV)
4.Don’t be silent-Use your mouth to decree and declare what God says about you. There is power in your tongue.
5.Learn how to manage your feelings than allowing them to manage you. You can always tell God how you feel and ask for His help and strength, but talking about negative feelings does no good at all. Although feelings can be very strong and demanding, we do not have to let them rule our lives.
6.Be intentional to guard your heart and mind to avoid degradation of your thought patterns. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Proverbs 4:23(NIV)
7.Be intentional to make the right choices no matter how you feel. We can feel wrong and still choose to do what is right.
8.Go for a prayer retreat- Take some time off from your busy schedule and go for a prayer retreat. This is where you shut off everything for several days and seek the face of God. You can go for a prayer mountain or just a shut in your house where there are minimal distractions for spiritual rejuvenation.
9.Feed your mind with the Word of God and use it as your weapon. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4: 12 (NKJV), so take it seriously.
10.Don’t be confident in your own strength but choose to be at rest in the promises of God.
11.Choose to worship and praise God in the midst of the storm. Let your atmosphere be filled with worship and praise songs.
12.Avoid at all costs to speak any idle Words which are contrary to the Word of God. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21(NKJV)
Prayer: –
Heavenly Father, we come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. We exalt you for are a good God, you are sovereign and there is none like you. We have no other God to run to, we have no other God to cry out to, for we have found you to be faithful and just in all your ways. You are Holy, you are righteous, you are worthy of all our praise, we magnify you and bless your everlasting Name.
We repent of our sins, we repent for where we have grieved you holy spirit, we repent for where we have undermined your grace as your bride and tonight, we cry out for your mercy that overrides judgement. We draw closer to you with our hearts that you may refines and purify us Lord and make us vessels of honor that you can use.
We legislate our priestly Authority and we decree and declare that your kingdom will be established in the Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. We enforce our victory and we enforce the defeat of the enemy in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Romans 16:20 for the God of peace will crush Satan under our feet shortly. We crush every spirit of weakness in our bodies under our feet, we crush the spirit of poverty and lack under our feet, we crush the spirit of fear under our feet, we crush the spirit of premature death under our feet and we stand on our victory, we enforce our victory and we claim our victory in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen
