Heavenly Father, I ask that you will awaken the gift of leadership in me, I desire to lead your people will all diligence, righteousness and integrity. Let me be a leader who represents you and your character, a leader who speaks the truth in love and meeting the needs of your people.
Let my life represent the holy standards of your kingdom and give me the grace to stand in front of your people leading them with your heart and mind.
Let your anointing and grace rest on me to speak words of encouragement, correction, direction, vision and purpose. I ask you Lord to give me eyes to see the potential you have placed inside your people , wisdom to direct them to the path of righteousness and insight to instruct them and train them to be mighty warriors with hearts to serve your purpose.
